An Update from the Shop: Scaling Up, Shipping Products, and Staying True to Our Craft.

First and foremost, Thank You. Whether you have been buying from us for years or are considering your very first order, your business and interest in Kusiak Leather mean the world to us.
Lately, things have been incredibly busy here in Texas—a bit of "beautiful chaos," you could say. Because we make each artisan holster by hand with love and care, high demand has pushed our current lead times out to 9 to 20+ weeks. We know waiting is hard, and we want you to know exactly what is happening behind the scenes to fix it and Lower our Lead Time plus adding more to our In Stock Page. You may not see the color you want or all the options you wanted, but you can still choose an in stock or wait a little bit until the one you really wants get made for you here in the Lone Star State of Texas, Hill Country USA. 

What We Are Doing Right Now

• Working Overtime: Our team is working extra hours every single day to hand-craft and fulfill your orders as quickly as humanly possible.
• Help is on the Way: We have been actively looking to hire, and we have officially set a start date for extra hands to join us in the shop!
• The Goal: With this new help, we look forward to returning to our standard 4 to 6 weeks lead time (or less). We are also building up more ready-to-ship inventory for the most popular concealed carry handguns.

Custom Made vs. In-Stock Items

While we do maintain a selection of quick-ship, in-stock items, we specialize in making holsters tailored to your specific firearm. Even if you order a "simple" holster with no extra options, it isn’t pulled off a generic shelf—we build it specially for your gun.

Setting the Record Straight on Customer Service

We’ve noticed a few comments on forums like Sig Talk claiming we don't ship products or offer refunds. We want to be completely clear: this is not how we do business.
A massive percentage of our customers are repeat buyers who come back to us for 5, 10, or more holsters over the years as their carry setups change. We treat every single person—whether you are a brand-new customer or a lifelong supporter—with the absolute highest level of respect and care. If you need a cancellation, an address change, or an exchange for a different color or option, we will take care of you.
